Last week Sophie turned 2!!! I still feel like i just had her and cant believe 2 years have gone by....but they have been the best 2 years ever and the days are just getting better!! Here are a few shots of her Elmo pizza party!!

Riley and Annie came to visit a few weeks after Maya was born and we had a great time......beach, parks, walks with all the kids. Wish they were closer!!!!

So the last time I posted on the blog was 2 days before I went into labor and gave birth to our second beautiful baby girl...Maya Rose. Things have been crazy in the Melchar house, but it's amazing having 2 perfect children. I am already back to work so here are a few pics from the rest of our summer!!!

So it's July now and has been a few months since my last post. Have been very busy getting ready for baby #2 (who is 3 days late as we speak) I have been spending as much time with Sophie as possible so when the baby comes I don't feel bad about giving some attention else where. Sophie is changing everyday, she says a new word and becomes more independent. We go to the beach as much as possible and she is a little water bug. Here are a few shots from the last few months.....next pics will have both my girls!!!

I realize that it has been quite a few months since I have posted anything on our blog but things have been crazy. We are expecting a new baby in 3 months so working full time and taking care of Sophie has not given me much spare time to work on the computer. Here are a few pics of Christmas and the winter and I promis there will be some spring shots and Sophie in her swim class very soon ..........

This weekend we had a huge snow storm...approx 20 inches. Last year Sophie was too small to go out in the snow so we bundled her up and braved the cold so she could see what it was like. She seemed to like it until she did a face plant in a snow bank.....that was the end of that.
